A form bank sounds like a good idea.

I have a basic tedra agreement with release and waiver language. Shoot me an email reminder and when I am back in the office I will share it.
Is there a form bank for our group? If not... would others participate if I create a Website with a login for this purpose?

PR wants to get decedent’s child to waive any claims; I believe there are none that would win; but PR is willing to buy peace, provided the peace extends over time. Assume the Estate documents disinherit the child; the child is making noises about challenging the will; the PR decides to pay the child something over time to purchase peace. Any pitfalls to think about? any forms to offer??
