PR wants to get decedent’s child to waive any claims; I believe there are none that would win; but PR is willing to buy peace, provided the peace extends over time.  Assume the Estate documents disinherit the child; the child is making noises about challenging the will; the PR decides to pay the child something over time to purchase peace.  Any pitfalls to think about? any forms to offer??
