[WSBAPT] Oil royalties Montana - "Title issue" letter

[Melinda Grout]

Client received a letter from Oram and Houghton, PLLC (a Montana law firm)
saying that  “A title opinion identified a title issue” and that his
royalties payments would be suspended until he provides significant
further information.  Internet search shows what looks like a reputable
firm handling this these types of title opinions.

Anyone run into this company or a similar communication?  

Or alternatively, does anyone have experience in these things and wish a
referral of this client?
