[WSBAPT] Trustee Duties

I have a client coming in who recently acceded to Trustee of a family
Trust due to his father's death. Mother is still living and client will be
Trustee, if he is willing, through her life and after her death until the
Trust assets are distributed.

 

I believe I have seen a thread on this listserve about a pamphlet or
packet explaining the duties to a Trustee... Does anyone have such a
generalized write-up? If so, may I have an electronic copy?
