[WSBAPT] Trust Challenge

I had thought there was a four month time period to file a challenge the
validity of a trust – for instance, a revocable trust that became
irrevocable when the trustor died –

as long as the beneficiary was given notice. I think this might have been
per RCW 11.97.010 – but this was changed by the legislature in 2013. I
can’t find anything on this in the new RCW 11.98 provisions. Maybe it’s
somewhere in 11.96A, but I don’t see it. Can anyone shed some light for me
on this – and put me out of my misery?

Thanks!

Jacob
