[WSBAPT] Real estate referral needed

I got a call from someone who left her house in King County listed with
and in the care of a local realtor when she moved away.  The realtor was
apparently negligent and about $25,000.00 damage to the house resulted.
I’d like to give her a few names of attorneys who handle that type of
claim, which might include a real estate company’s warranty.
