[WSBAPT] Medical condition -- Donations

Individual recently suffered a severe medical condition.
Friends/colleagues wish to make contributions. What is the best vehicle to
establish to receive gifts/donations for the benefit of the medically
impaired --  a straightforward third-party special needs trust?
