Urgent!  

I need a handwriting expert right now to tell the Court that a signature
on
one Contract is the same signature as on another several documents.
Unbelievably the slimy witness is saying that it this particular signature
is not his.

This is a Korean man who signed his Korean version of his name, so an
expert
familiar with Korean names would be helpful but not necessary.

We are in Bellingham and the client is in Mill Creek (Snohomish County).
So
an expert from Seattle to Bellingham would be fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The testimony is needed on Wednesday February 20th.

Listmates,

I represent an estate that happens to have amongst its assets, a human
skul=
l.

It was apparently acquired by an ancestor of the decedent while hiking in

he Southwest in the 1940's, and  has been a member of the family ever
since=
. However, none of the beneficiaries of the estate are interested in
taking=
responsibility for the care and custody of the skull.

Simply dumping it in the trash would seem to invite more problems than it
