[WSBAPT] Can restate two old out-of-state SepProp RLTs into a new joint Washington RLT so WA residence doesn't have to be retitled?

Sirs/Madams:

Recently acquired clients are a married couple in their 70s with old,
separate RLT plans executed in Illinois. Is there general agreement that I
cannot restate their two separate RLTs as a new joint WA RLT? In other
words, no way I can move their WA residence (1/2 owned in each current
RLT) into the new restatement without having them sign new transfer deeds?

Thanks for your insights.
