[Vision2020] Nightmare on Elm Street

Hi Roger,

European jurists have let it be known that they will issue arrest warrants
for George W. Bush and his closest associates charging them with war
crimes. This is the reason why these alleged criminals are not traveling
abroad. Canada appears safe for them, but perhaps the new liberal
government will have different ideas.

Under the legal principle of international jurisdiction, British
authorities were compelled to honor a warrant for the arrest of the Chilean
dictator Augusto Pinochet.  The warrant was issued by a Spanish judge.  The
Brits set Pinochet free because of health reasons, but Bush and his
henchmen will not have the same excuse.

As president Hillary will be free to travel anywhere in the world, and she
will be welcomed because of her extensive foreign contacts and the lack of
any charges against her.

What do you say about Bush's crimes?
