Bush as far as know has not broken any US laws, He should not be held liable for any foreign laws.  Hastert  should go to jail. It is a bit much to say he should be executed. Hillary should be charged and found guilty , but since she is a democrat she won't be. Republicans who have committed lesser offences have gone to jail.

Hi Roger,

European jurists have let it be known that they will issue arrest warrants for George W. Bush and his closest associates charging them with war crimes. This is the reason why these alleged criminals are not traveling abroad. Canada appears safe for them, but perhaps the new liberal government will have different ideas.

Under the legal principle of international jurisdiction, British authorities were compelled to honor a warrant for the arrest of the Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet. The warrant was issued by a Spanish judge. The Brits set Pinochet free because of health reasons, but Bush and his henchmen will not have the same excuse.

As president Hillary will be free to travel anywhere in the world, and she will be welcomed because of her extensive foreign contacts and the lack of any charges against her.

What do you say about Bush's crimes?

Awaiting your reply,

Nick

Governance is a multilateral effort. Its effectiveness and efficiency must be evaluated from multiple viewpoints.

Hillary, for example, has more experience of governmental affairs which may be evaluated and judged.

Whether Hillary should have been allowed to have all of that experience by those who knew, or should have known, of the nature and details of her performances in various prior positions is another matter.

Those chosen and elected are responsible to perform as well as they are able, legally and morally.

Those doing the choosing and electing are responsible to deny further opportunities given illegal or immoral conduct.

However much politicians may be disdained and dishonored, those who re-elect them are no less dishonorable.

Roger - do you believe in innocent until proven guilty? If so, why do you state that Hillary should be in the federal pen when despite her being continuously watched under multiple investigative microscopes, she's not been convicted of any crime let alone even been indicted on even the most minor of infractions???

Also, shouldn't former Republican House Speaker Dennis Hastert be executed?

Without any reasonable doubt, Hillary has a by far a much richer resumé of governing states and the country than any of the other presidential candidates.

Hillary should be in the federal pen, but more than likely she will be in the Whitehouse. Hopefully her coattails are short.Roger-----Original Message-----Subject: Re: [Vision2020] Nightmare on Elm StreetFrom: "Kenneth Marcy" <kmmos1 at frontier.com>To: "Tom Hansen" <thansen at moscow.com>Date: 04/08/16 03:55:08On 4/7/2016 4:26 PM, Tom Hansen wrote:Which begs the question . . .When (not "If") Hillary Clinton Is inaugurated in January, what will be Bill Clinton's official title? Unfortunately, I suspect that the general public will be aware of fewer than all of them. The Obama years may be remembered as uncomfortably under-productive considering the opposing party's roles in the legislative branch, but a return of the Clinton family to 1600 Pennsylvania

Even worse is the prospect of extended periods of formal legal combat between branches of the federal government should the Clintons' ascendancy return. We've been there before; the prospect of exchanging roles, editing the script lines, and performing the revised play again to a captive audience causes at least as much trepidation as excitement.Rather than a title, he may have an acronymic nickname: Frosty - first reader of subpoenas to yield.(One suspects that may be afflicted with sad - scalia acronym disease.)What is really needed, of course, is a presidential candidate whose coat-tails are sufficiently strong as to bring a cooperative federal legislature with
him into incumbency. Then the people's business may be more expeditiously accomplished.Ken

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.

-Greek proverb

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed immaturity. Immaturity is the inability to use one's understanding without guidance from another. This immaturity is self- imposed when its cause lies not in lack of understanding, but in lack of resolve and courage to use it without guidance from another. Sapere Aude! 'Have courage to use your own understand-ing!-that is the motto of enlightenment.
