[Vision2020] Pastor rebuts statements by victim of child abuse

In "honor" to His Whineyness I purchased a couple books of special US postage stamps (which were specially designed online).  I have been using them for special occasions.  As I am down to two stamps, they will be forever committed to the archives.

I am thinking of designing and procuring special stamps to commemorate people, organizations, etc. around Moscow . . . under the heading "Moscow Cares".
