   Volunteer Orientation with Darrell Keim, Sept. 28, 2-2:30 OR Sept.29,
   7-7:30pm.  This is MANDATORY if you want to volunteer with the LRC.

   Nutrition and Exercise with Sarah Willis, October 1, 4-5pm
   -

   Mental Health Information and Referral with Doug Salada, LCSW, October 3
   from 3-5pm.
