   Volunteer Orientation with Darrell Keim, Sept. 21, 2-2:30 OR Sept.22,
   7-7:30pm.  This is MANDATORY if you want to volunteer with the LRC.

   Nutrition and Exercise with Sarah Willis, Sept. 24, 4-5pm

   Trauma Informed Care (See attached flyer), Sept 28, 3-7pm.  This
   informative session from Michael Armand, Idaho Dept. of Health and Welfare,
   is especially recommended for our LRC volunteers and board of directors.
