[Vision2020] Ben Carson suggests doing away with Department of Veterans Affairs

This is a familiar refrain from Republicans, who don't believe that the
government should provide services. Voucherize, privatize, block grant
programs, then as they fade from public view, reduce and then eliminate the
budgets.
