[Vision2020] Family erases Idaho daughter's transgender identity at burial

Does the family of the deceased have standing to sue for funerary 
malpractice?

Do the friends of the deceased, e.g. those who signed the guestbook at 
the funeral, have standing to bring a class action lawsuit for funerary 
malpractice?
