[Vision2020] The Hawkins Mall . . .

It may look no worse than any of the other developments.  But, why add more
"stuff" that doesn't seem to be needed.  The fields are nice (if they would
take the Hawkins signs down) and why do we need another mall right next to
the Palouse Mall?  I rarely go there and can't imagine what the Hawkins
Mall will have that I would shop at.

Anyway, it really doesn't matter what I think about needing this or how it
looks.
