 NEW YORK (CNNMoney)
The Dow rose to a fresh trading high Wednesday, ahead of the latest
statement from the Federal Reserve.

The Dow Jones industrial average
<http://money.cnn.com/data/markets/dow/>was up 0.4% to 14,512 in
midday trading. Earlier, the index rose to a new
intraday record high of 14,545. The Dow recently hit a string of record
highs in its longest winning streak since 1996. The S&P
500<http://money.cnn.com/data/markets/sandp/>and the
Nasdaq <http://money.cnn.com/data/markets/nasdaq/> both rose about 0.4%.
