[Vision2020] FW: For those interested in the CUP - What's This Public Hearing About?

I don't want to get in to it now but this goes against EVERYTHING they said
when the issue of whether NSA should even be downtown came up in a variety
of different discussions, both public and private. Then the question was,
What kind of impact would the school have downtown (which is precisely why
the downtown prohibited schools in the code)? Then the answer was (to
paraphrase) "There is no impact; there will be no impact because we are not
growing; we have no intention of growing." Several folks explicitly brought
up parking and it was brushed aside. Joe
