[Vision2020] Welfare vs Minimum Wage

Social Security is NOT welfare.

Not everyone is entitled to receive social security.  Only those who have "paid into the system" are eligible.

You can have the Social Security Office estimate your individual entitlements at:

http://www.socialsecurity.gov/estimator/

However, if (after browsing the Social Security site) you are still convinced that Social Secrity is nothing more than welfare, and you remain adamantly against welfare, you can always refuse to accept Social Security . . . unless you are not entitled because you never "paid into the system", possibly because you never had a job.
