[Vision2020] Welfare vs Minimum Wage

Social Security isn't welfare. People pay into it and get it back later on.

Social Security is welfare.  Although most of us have paid into it, it is was a tax and not a contribution to a personal account.  The rules can and have been changed to decide who is eligible and for how much.
