That certainly explains the presence of the Moscow Police Department, Mr. Crabtree.



The ratio appears to be one MPD officer per counter-protestor.  Unless you count the Daily News reporter (the guy on the right . . . on his knees).

Another thing, Mr. Crabtree:  I would hardly qualify your one-time drive-by as "curious bystander, eye witness".
