Tom,
Yes, there are either criminal or civil cases in our legal system. I just don't know what claim you think Paul would have against you; I can't think of anything. Granted, I'm not trying very hard, but I doubt he has any reason based on this exchange.
And I too wondered why you posted Hoffman's information here.

I was not referring to a criminal complaint.
There are two litigious "roads" in the Nifty Fifty (USA); one marked "criminal" and one marked "civil". Right, Sunil?
To heck with it! I am truly beginning to tire of your 6-year-old antics of responding to every posted explanation with your infantile "why".

You certainly spend an inordinate amount of time on. Topic of
which you claim that you have no interest.
Furthermore, and FINALLY, if you feel that I am invading
somebody's privacy, I suggest that you grow the proverbial
"pair" and file a complaint.
'Till then, I suggest you buckle up and hold on . . .

You've spent a lot of time denigrating my character, yet I'm
not the one posting someone's address on this list. You've
also spent a fair amount of time guessing my views on this
subject, but have fallen far from the mark. I don't have an
opinion about this case, because it's simply a contract
dispute. You don't know who is right and who is wrong, and
neither do I. Nor do I really care. I just don't like to
see someone's address posted as a sly sort of "this is where
he lives, if you want to talk to him, he's at this
address". People should be able to feel secure in their own
homes without complete strangers confronting them about a
private matter. This used to be considered unethical on
this site, but that appears to be true only when they aren't
somehow connected to Doug.
But, whatever. It's been posted and the toothpaste can't be
put back in the tube. I'd just like to naively suggest that
folks leave this guy in peace. People who don't belong to
this lawsuit don't have any reason to confront this guy, and
people involved in this lawsuit will hopefully have been
briefed by their lawyer not to do so.

Well Paul, let's make a guess. You have been
taking instruction from "regular guy" (and deadbeat) Douglas
Wilson entitled "Logic Without Imagination" or something
similar.
Just because someone would like a little face time with
Hoffmann does not mean they want to bully him or beat him
up. Of course without imagination, it is difficult for you
to think of other alternatives. You might try it as an
exercise in Non-Wilsonian Logic.
Also the lack of imagination traps into restricting the
interested parties to V2020 members. That is not so by a
long shot. Items from v2020 are frequently forwarded to
non-members, and in Hoffmann's case, probably some of this
forwards go to Bend and Redmond, Oregon.
You appear to have either no enterprise values and/or
completely ignorant of the milieu of which the Germer
deadbeat action is a bit of. I doubt that anyone on the
list wishes to take the time and effort to let you in on the
big non-secrets given your past actions as an ardent
apologist for Wilson.
I had thought that we would be chastised by Gary Crabtree,
But so far, not. But whatever other views Crabtree may
have, he is a believer in enterprise and a businessman who
provides and warrants his goods and services and expects to
be paid promptly for them. Hence it is not unreasonable to
assume that he also abhors deadbeats. It is highly probable
that Crabtree also knows Larry Germer and would not be
adverse to hearing his side of the story directly from him.

I really don't feel it necessary to
explain to Mr. Rumelhart that my
intention was neither bullying nor to
encourage physical confrontation.
'Nuff said.

Is that why Mr. Hansen
posted his address? So people
on this list could find him

No thank you.
Let the courts work it
out and leave the 5th grade
bullying behind. It's a
private matter between two
companies.
I swear, any mention of
Doug Wilson or Christ Church
and you guys leave your common
sense locked in a drawer
somewhere.

@Paul:
Sorry to report neither the
world nor v2020 revolves
around you. However, there
is a strong probability that
a number of people or their
agents would like a little
face time with Hoffman.
