I was not referring to a criminal complaint.
There are two litigious "roads" in the Nifty Fifty (USA); one marked "criminal" and one marked "civil". Right, Sunil?
To heck with it! I am truly beginning to tire of your 6-year-old antics of responding to every posted explanation with your infantile "why".
Seeya round town, Moscow.

If not now, when?"

You've also spent a fair amount of time guessing my views on this subject, but have fallen far from the mark. I don't have an opinion about this case, because it's simply a contract dispute. You don't know who is right and who is wrong, and neither do I. Nor do I really care. I just don't like to see someone's address posted as a sly sort of "this is where he lives, if you want to talk to him, he's at this address". People should be able to feel secure in their own homes without complete strangers confronting them about a private matter. This used to be considered unethical on this site, but that appears to be true only when they aren't somehow connected to Doug.
>>>
>>> But, whatever. It's been posted and the toothpaste can't be put back in the tube. I'd just like to naively suggest that folks leave this guy in peace. People who don't belong to this lawsuit don't have any reason to confront this guy, and people involved in this lawsuit will hopefully have been briefed by their lawyer not to do so.

I doubt that anyone on the list wishes to take the time and effort to let you in on the big non-secrets given your past actions as an ardent apologist for Wilson.

But whatever other views Crabtree may have, he is a believer in enterprise and a businessman who provides and warrants his goods and services and expects to be paid promptly for them. Hence it is not unreasonable to assume that he also abhors deadbeats. It is highly probable that Crabtree also knows Larry Germer and would not be adverse to hearing his side of the story directly from him.
