Wasn't the honorable Walter Steed, among those council members who voted for a resolution welcoming the megaloads to Moscow, saying the drivers could overnight at local motels and eat at local restaurants?
Maybe the increased taxes generated by this business could be used to pay for the police overtime.
That way, everything would balance out with no additional expense to the taxpayers of Moscow.
