Bill Bonte reminds us:

"Wasn't the honorable Walter Steed, among those council members who voted
for a resolution welcoming the megaloads to Moscow, saying the drivers
could overnight at local motels and eat at local restaurants?"

Not only is the honorable Wally Steed "among those council members who
voted for a resolution welcoming the megaloads to Moscow" . . .

Heck, he wrote the damn thing!

Goes to show that Councilman Wally was for the megaloads as potential
revenue for local businesses before he was against them.

But, in all fairness to Wally, there were 133 days between May 16th and
September 26th. Who knows how many times he changed his mind during that
timeframe. Some things you simply cannot put a number on, right Wally?

Seeya round town, Moscow.
