[Vision2020] Moscow Admin Committee Megaload Update - Part 1

Greetings Visionaires (et al) -

The Moscow Administrative Committee discussed megaload updates, concerning permits and who should pay for the added law enforcement in support of the transport of these megaloads as they maneuver through Moscow, on Monday (September 26th).

To provide easier access the video has been divided into two parts as suggested above.

Part 1 deals with the permits required to transport these

The video for Part 2 of the update discussion, concerning who should pay for the added law enforcement in support of the transport of these megaloads as they maneuver through Moscow, will be made available either later tonight or tomorrow morning.
