Free Public Activities at the Moscow Food Co-op in August

Art
As part of Moscow’s Artwalk, the Moscow Food Co-op welcomes Palouse Prairie School’s kindergarten class who will display their work in the Co-op’s deli gallery. The opening reception is from 5:30 – 7 p.m., Friday, August 5. The young artists have combined science and art to produce a fabulous book titled “E is for Earthworm.” Each page was created using materials such as paper, yarn, tissue paper, paper flowers, fabric, beads, dirt, pens and leaves. Individual pages will be on sale during Art Walk for $15 each. The published book is available at the Co-op for $16.
The Co-op is located at 121 East Fifth Street in downtown Moscow.
For more information, contact Co-op art coordinator Annie Hubble at 882-8537.
