"Five-Year Renewal Agreement with Heart of the Arts, Inc. and the City of
Moscow" yesterday . . .

Dan Carscallen presented a question concerning whether or not other cities
had established a relationship, similar to Moscow, with a non-profit
organization in maintaining a community center.

I will be posting this Admin Committee agenda item in the next day or two,
along with a copy of an Event Space Cost matrix that compares rental costs
of various facilities around Moscow.  The results may surprise you.  I
know they will Mr. Roderick (of CJ's).
