Yes. You can go to the Mozilla site, download a copy of Firefox 4, then quit
Firefox 5, and run the installer for Firefox 4. When the installer is done, do
NOT let the installer start the newly installed Firefox. Instead, leave the
installer, then start Firefox as you would normally start it. This will allow
your new Firefox 4 to use your old profile, and keep your bookmarks, cookies,
and so on from your previous on-line adventures. Here is a link to Mozilla
with this information around it in slightly different verbiage.

I haven't upgraded from 4 to 5 yet, and won't until I see all the Firefox
plug-ins I use regularly with upgrades available for Firefox 5. Mozilla has a
newer six-week release schedule in place, so Firefox 6 is now in beta, and
Firefox 7 is in an alpha development stage. With such a rapid development and
release cycle, those organizations other than Mozilla will have to work faster
to keep up with the release cycle. Likely not all will be able to maintain the
pace, so their add-on plug-ins and accessories may not be immediately
available for each newer Mozilla release. So, users will need to research the
availability of their favorite Mozilla mate code to maintain their systems.
Explore the Mozilla site for more details about their new schedules.
