A quick perusal of the Intertubes would seem to indicate that a private party 
could ban guns as part of a rental agreement; however, Montana has a law that 
forbids landlords from banning guns. I expect it to appear in the Idaho 
Legislature as soon as it's called to their attention.

Interestingly, BYU specifically bans Ouija boards from university-approved 
housing...

Just a question:  According to Idaho law do I as a landlord have the right 
to ban guns in my rental property?
