[Vision2020] Jesse Jackson to Speak at UI Kibbie Dome

Great news and I'm glad he's coming to Moscow.
Now, bottom line, HOW MUCH is this going to cost the University?
Is he coming for NO CHARGE in the interest of diversity?
There are layoff's, reductions etc etc, so where does this money come
from?
