[Vision2020] State Budget Deficits

Wayne Price reminds us:

" . . . we the people did elect a new city council, and they gave the
city employees a pay-raise . . . "

Not only that, but our glorious city council voted themselves a cell-phone
stipend with 3 of the 6 city council members present voting "aye"  (their
interpetation of a majority).
