The bottom line is JOBS!
Even if you were to reduce spending to virtually zero. without jobs there
is NO CASH FLOW!
Without cash flow, the economy is stagnant . . . nobody earns money . . .
nobody spends money . . . and stores close down.
Need I expand further?
I could go into how receipt of unemployment insurance payments, by the
unemployed, increases cash flow, but . . .
Please, Mr. Harkins, explain how reduced government spending is going to
increase cash flow.
