[Vision2020] Fwd: Re: Mystery loads coming through Palouse

There's been construction on I-90 as soon as you hit Spokane that goes 
on for a few miles.  Traffic is merged into single lanes for part of the 
stretch (or at least it was as recently as last Thursday), so that's 
probably the reason.

P.S.  People in Spokane don't know how to merge very well, I've noticed...
