I feel extremely fortunate here in Moscow's 18th voting precinct (down
behind the A&W/Conoco on Moscow's southside).

Power went out at about 3:00 AM, Tuesday, and returned four hours later,
forcing me to miss Early Today, a news show that comes on every Mon-Fri at
4:00 AM.

Seeya round town, Moscow.
