Not really.  It's more like GWB/friends drove the truck into a ditch.  After
that, BHO/friends got out and tried to push the truck out of the ditch while
GWB/friends criticized how they went about it and worked against them.
After BHO/friends finally got the truck out of the ditch, GWB/friends
demanded to have the keys back.
