Re: Remarks by "Arnold"

First, His remarks were clever AND funny.

Second: Long, long, long ago, so very long ago, I was taught,
and believed it, that an important ingredient in the strength
and specialness of our nation was that our people came from
many other countries, that we are a "melting pot" of customs
and ideas.

Third: Also, so very long ago, I was taught in school and by my
parents, that by trying hard, by doing one's "best", one CAN
succeed and be successful, in OUR country.

So Arnold came from Austria. He figured it out. He parleyed
his "muscle-man" body into the movies, and he laughed all the
way to the bank, again, and again, and again.

And he used us notability, and whatever else, likely a lot of savvy,
or "smarts", to become the Governor of a state which is larger
than some nations.

So what's the bitch with Arnold. Guy come over from another
country? Not in the American tradition?

Can speak English well? So. Neither could my German ancestors.
And what about the Italians, the Polish, the French, even the
Irish, and now Latinos and Asians.

Isn't there room for all?

Why you pickin' on Arnold?

If you don't like his STYLE, that's your choice.

Amen! Then End
