[Vision2020] Highway 12 Cargo

Sam -

After learning of those items storeds at the Port of Lewiston, I contacted
Mr. Carpenter and simply asked him if those items, to be transported on
Highway 12, are identical to those items currently stored at the port.

His response was that the items to be transported on highway 12 are
extremely similar in size.

I was of the impression earlier that those items currently stored at the
port were ear-marked for a different destination, different route.
