[Vision2020] Jon Stewart to Republicans: YouCan't Exploit9/11Anymore

Except for this little bitty thing called Federal Sovereign Immunity.  But
yes, let's make the 9/11 responders sue the federal government so that they
can receive what they should be entitled to in the first place.
