[Vision2020] Reverse Racism?

Gary,

Great points!  What would stop us, or be wrong with a true
gender/race/religion/etc/etc neutral world? Could we ever get there?

Personally, I see a lot of problems with "affirmative action" in that it
DOES discriminate and is trying to undo a past evil by condoning a current
evil.
