Sue,

This guy is a real American gem! Take a look at what Wikipedia has to say
about him at length, but the article opens with his early life:

"Horsley was born in Bremen, Georgia. On May 5, 2005, Horsley was a guest
on The Alan Colmes Show, a FOX News radio program. During that interview,
and after repeated questions about his personal sinfulness, Mr. Horsley
stated that when he was eleven years old he had engaged in bestiality with
a mule on the farm he grew up on in Georgia. Afterwards, he says the mule
relieved itself on him, and that he also engaged in sex with a man in the
Air Force and watermelon."Georgia Creator's Rights party candidate says
sex with mule, watermelon behind him" "I was a fool," Horsley told Colmes,
crediting Jesus with forgiving and cleansing him of his "sin." After
serving in the Air Force in the mid-1960s, Horsley traveled to San
Francisco, California, where he claims to have become an anti-war advocate
and hippie. Horsley did time in jail on charges of drug possession, and it
was there in 1974 that he converted to Christianity.
After graduating from Westminster Theological Seminary in 1985, Horsley
relocated to the Philadelphia area, but returned to Georgia in 1993,
settling in Bremen, Georgia where he lives today with Bo Pollard."

You have to give him some credit for his honesty, no matter how down right
humiliating it is!

BUT when he raises the issue of secession from the United States, LET THEM
GO! It's kind of like Texas wanting to leave....LET THEM GO! In all
seriousness the states that want to strike out on their own, why not? let
the country of Texas deal with the immigration issues, let the country of
Alaska deal with the native rights issues! How long do you seriously
think they would last as 3rd world countries? And they are "red-necked"
enough we don't have to worry about assistance that they would get from
Cuba, Venezuela, Russia or China.
