[Vision2020] House Bill 216 (Pharmacist Conscience Bill)

What I am concerned with is . . . 

House Bill 216 allows potential employers to evaluate a pharmacist's job 
application on the applicant's religious, moral, and ethical values.

"Sorry, Matt.  But we here at Smith's Pharmacy feel that your pro-life 
ethic may adversely impact upon your duties when it comes to filling some 
of our most loyal customers' prescriptions."
 
How is that right?
