[Vision2020] Customers Need Parking

  And IF  I was NSA, I'd be there when the doors open and buy them  
ALL, and just tack on a
$75.00 a year fee to the tuition. the city gets it's parking fee, and  
the College gets parking for the students and staff.
The only ones screwed by the Gang of 7 are the average citizens and  
the merchants.
