[Vision2020] Customers Need Parking

Exactly, Bill.
For the low cost of $75 NSA students will each have a virtually guaranteed
parking space without the necessity of moving the car every three hours
(as they have in the past).
This couldn't have been better orchestrated for the benefit of NSA students.
