That's strange, Mr. Eiselein.

Before I started submitting publc records requests for videos of various
city council and/or committee sessions, I personally video-taped portions
of sessions after personally obtaining permission from Mayor Chaney.  Her
only request was that I do not disrupt the session(s), which I did not. 
In some cases did not videotape.  I merely shot a few photos and
audio-recorded portions of the session(s)

Now, the Latah County Board of Equalization, back in 2004/2005, that's a
different story.  I was all over that like Steven Sitler at a Cub Scout
camp.

One other thing, Kai:  The Moscow City Council DID NOT meet on July 20,
2007.  They met on July 16th.
