[Vision2020] Big Brother Strikes

Bucer's has been in violation of the Idaho Clean Indoor Air Act since 2004.

Restaurants are not allowed a separate smoking area under the 2004 law.  
Coffee shops are included under the definition of a restaurant as well.

This was brought to the cities attention in 2005 but they did nothing with it.
I am somewhat happy to see that they have at least taken some action now.
