[Vision2020] Is Our City Council 'Pulling a Palin' on Downtown Parking

As to the parking issue, I was looking at the old Davids/Beach building
today, and trying to figure out the additional parking. IF only half of
the folks in the 28 condo's have two cars, that means 42 24 hour parking
spots are needed, not to even think of how many people will be driving to
the new restaurant and bar.
