[Vision2020] Humane interrogations work

I think the various conspiracy theories abound because we haven't done the legwork as a country to find out the real reasons behind everything.  Which leads me to wonder why we don't seem to care about finding out the answers at the highest level.

What gets me is that everyone believes the "official" conspiracy
theory
WHEN THAT THEORY WAS GIVEN TO US BY A KNOWN LIAR.
