[Vision2020] Fw: water sale bill

Gee, I wish somebody had told me that before.
I worked at Wallace Complex for several years, do you have any idea of how 
many televisions, laptops, stereos, skis, designer clothes and pieces of 
perfectly good furniture are tossed into the dumpsters at the end of spring 
semester?
I guess, those were all from "ghost shoppers".
